Shipping & Handling
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Aces Cable. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All in stock purchases will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Client commissions are expected to be shipped in 1-2 weeks. Custom commissions may be delayed due to supply shortages or other factors. We will keep you updated or contact us through acescables@gmail.com.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Aces Cable is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Damages
Aces Cable is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Aces Cable ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories and Canada. We do not ship to International addresses outside of these territories at the time being.
Incomplete or incorrect address submissions
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Aces Cable is not responsible for any costs associated with incorrect address submissions.
