Returns & Cancellations
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations/ refunds are not allowed for in stock products. Commission work can be cancelled and refunded (ex. 5% processing fee) within 24 hours of order confirmation. Otherwise, all sales are final.
Here at Aces Cable, we stand behind our product. Each cable is thoroughly tested before being shipped out to clients. In the case of a DOA product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. A repair will be authorized and all shipping fees will be covered by us. Cosmetic Damages (including coils), damages caused by opening the connectors or altering the cables are NOT covered under our warranties. All replaced cables will be identical to the original purchase, no changes are allowed. DIY kits do not fall under this warranty, all sales are final and non refundable.
