As a fellow hobbyist in the mechanical keyboard scene, I know how important it is to have accessories that not only look great but also perform flawlessly. Why Choose Us?
Sleeving
MDPC-X cable-sleeving is manufactured entirely in Germany, ensuring the highest quality and protective standards. MDPC-X sleeving is lead-free and consist of unique color quality featuring the most vivid and saturated colors in the world of cable-sleeves, protected by Germany's high-quality UV stabilizers.
At Aces Cable, we incorporate MDPC-X into our sleeving solutions, either as a base sleeving with Techflex or as an outer sleeve. Our process involves fusing the sleeving together, ensuring that there is no fraying at the ends and that the sleeving remains securely in place.
Soldering
We take care to cleanly solder our connectors, using flux to aid the process. In addition, we apply hot glue to ensure that the connectors are securely in place and to protect the solder joints from damage.
Baking
Our coils are crafted through a series of methodical and meticulous steps. After being baked, the coils are cooled in a freezer, then left at room temperature for a day. Next, the coils are reverse coiled and baked again, followed by another round of cooling in the freezer and being left at room temperature for a day. This process is to ensure maximum tightness and longevity.
